Senior Counsel (Technology)

Our client, the Toronto office of a global professional services firm, is looking to add a senior legal counsel with a focus on technology transactions.  The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience drafting and negotiating a range of complex technology agreements.  Candidates with prior corporate law training from a national law firm will be prioritized.
